Le plastron 4.5 Body Protector Pro est conçu avec une coque rigide avec une mousse antichoc 3DF AirFit en dessous, certifiée CE pour la poitrine, le dos, les épaules et les coudes, ainsi qu'une protection latérale et une ceinture lombaire réglable en hauteur. Le design 3D sera confortable et vous gardera au frais grâce aux fentes de ventilation et aux nouveaux tissus anti-odeurs MoistureCool et AirMesh. Il peut être porté avec ou sans une protection cervicale Leatt. Son score de protection Leatt est de 19 sur 25. L'étape suivante pour un niveau de protection plus élevé est le Body Protector 5.5 ou 6.5.
